Billy takes a trip to Costa Rica where he meets a Shaman who guides him on an psychedelic trip through the cleansing chambers of the Universe with the magic of Ayahuasca. Billy decided not to have children and be stuck working just to keep up with the Jones' and have a cozy but boring life in Suburbia. So, he put on his raincoat and through the magic of music and song is giving advise to others to to put on their raincoats.
