This was an outstanding and vibrant festival weekend, and it was a total honour to bring some vibes to the Sunday night techno session. It is not a human being, its reflective eyes act like a magical mirror - the energy people share with Dark Mode seems to be amplified and bounced back at the crowd, resonating through their unified souls, connected by the music and movement of dance.

This is my recording from My Aeon - 'Lunar's Eclipse' party. I played upstairs  1:30am-3:00am Going through multiple areas from Tribal and progressive Techno, into some bush tech and proper techno and finishing with some proggy melodic trancier tracks. Was such a fun set to play and thanks @lunarmusicofficial for the booking! I hope you enjoy.

We are honoured to kick our SoundCast series of with a headliner from our first ever event. For this Podcast, Kinimal has featured some of the huge releases planned for 2020 on Techgnosis Records. Whilst Bongani is a busy bee behind the scenes and in the studio, we can also confidently say - the man can mix. Bouncing from big stage booths at Rabbits Eat Lettuce, Subsonic and Esoteric, back to the Recovery Collective management office, with some of the sweatiest club slots in between, Bongani has more than dipped his toes in the ever evolving Australian progressive techno scene... You could say he's done a full swan dive.

This week in the mix for SixthSense Australia, Bongani presents a full slog of progressive techno and heaving minimal techno with a dark, tasty, tribal edge. His recent releases on Carbon & Lampè's Alula Tunes, Techgnosis Records and Recovery Collective influence the direction, giving this mix a very personal touch.

Coinciding with the SixthSense Australia premiere of Bongani's "Memories of a Dream" on Alula Tunes and our imminent interview, SSA takes a slice of the final month of this interesting year to shine a spotlight on this promising Melbourne local.

JEFFERS takes listeners on a unique ride with seductive yet eerie, driving and grooving sounds. He delves into multiple genres, crafting versatile sets from Dark Disco, Tribal/Organic House, Melodic, Minimal and Psychedelic Techno. His sets are unpredictable keeping the dancefloor on their toes!

His now been playing major festivals around Australia including Elements, Esoteric, New Dawn and Wild Horses Festival. Showing his versatility as a Dj closing out the Elemental stage at Elements festival with organic/psychedelic mid tempo set while also playing a peak time psychedelic techno set warming up for Electrypnose at Wild Horses Festival, showing his bpm range for has no boundaries. 

With a bunch of his own productions in the works, and some more milestone gigs on the horizon, including some interstate and international gigs. Excited to see what’s next for JEFFERS
