Writing and recording songs on inadequate equipment for 26 years!

Click on 'Albums and Tracks' for free downloads of my songs and music. Click on 'Fred's Guitar' to download my 2008 album of solo swing and jazz based guitar music. Enjoying making music in Harrogate and playing various venues including Harrogate Folk Club on the first Wednesday of every month.  I played the folk clubs in County Durham in the 60's; many venues in East Anglia with the folk group Merlin in the 70's and 80's; played jazz in Devon through the 90's; and had a fantastic musical time in Goodrich through the 'noughties' with Andy Herbert on bass in the bands - Loose Covers, Twisted Blues, Trilemma, and Twisted Jazz. Enjoyed 10 great years as guitarist for the Monmouth Big Band and am now focusing on playing acoustic instrumentals and songs in Yorkshire. Enjoy!
