Odssey and Diètro join forces to produce ‘WHY’, a summery yet lyrically sombre EDM record that oozes a delicate energy while still being able to make you want to dance.

‘WHY’ channels thoughts of heartbreak in to a liberating and carefree anthem, acting as a sonic release of pressure. Masterfully crafted by two of EDM’s most exciting talents in Odssey and Diètro, the pair manufacture a string-laden and transformative electro house tune that takes the listener to a place of euphoria. This, paired with the songs emotionally present lyrics, makes for an all-round incredible EDM ballad.

Odssey began as a DJ at the age of 12, finding initial success in local circles in his home country of Belgium. Two years on from his first introduction to the world of EDM, Odssey made the transition in to producing his own works and since then he hasn’t looked back. In 2017, Odssey broke in to the production side of EDM with the release of his debut single ‘Happy or Not’, also making his debut at the coveted Tomorrowland festival that same year. Fast forward 5 years and Odssey has rubbed shoulders with some of the scenes greatest, like Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike.

Diètro is one of the most promising young talents in the scene today. At only 16 years old, there is no telling at where this young man can take his career. Despite his age, Diètro has amassed over 2m streams across the relevant services and even performed at Tomorrowland. The Belgian wonder boy is showing no signs of slowing and ‘WHY’ is a continuation of his fantastic track record thus far.

Jeffrey Sutorius (born 8 November 1979 in The Hague, The Netherlands)

The invigorating, award-winning DJ has the remarkable skills to take his crowd on an energetic journey that has all the feels. Jeffrey was the former DJ and frontman for Dash Berlin. He is highly aware that his success comes hand in hand with the love of his fans who have always supported him and remained loyal throughout his career. This heartwarming and lasting support is one of the key drivers of his journey. The DJ has a preference for emotional, energizing quality dance music and loves to bring that across on stage.

1994-2007
Growing up in a family with a profound love for music, it was inevitable that Jeffrey’s path would lead here. His late dad who was a distinguished drummer in a jazz band taught him how to play drums at a very young age. When Jeffrey was a teenager, his sister started introducing him to electronic music. From that moment on he developed his innovative style of mixing and producing. Soon he began hitting turntables and performing under the aliases Toxic and Jeff Bounce in clubs, house parties, but also in different festivals. He played twice at the Loveparade and three times at Defqon 1 under these aliases.

2007-2018
For the last eight consecutive years with stage name Dash Berlin, Jeffrey has been in the top 20 of the well-known DJ Mag Top 100 poll, rendering the most popular DJ’s throughout the world, ranked #7 in 2012. In 2010 he won the DJ Mag Top 100 Award for 'Highest New Entry' during the Magazine's ceremony at the Ministry Of Sound in London, beating other famous Dutch DJ's such as Martin Garrix, Hardwell, Armin van Buuren and Tiesto as the highest Dutch entry till date. He received an IDMA award in the category ‘Best High Energy Track’ at the International Dance Music Awards in 2009 and was nominated for an IDMA award several times afterward. 

Some of the large festivals that Jeffrey headlined are Ultra, EDC, Sensation, AMF, Storm Festival, Mayday and A State Of Trance.

Jeffrey Sutorius is international resident DJ at Marquee Las Vegas for the past 8 years and counting.
