For Clint's debut solo EP, there was no better way to make his mark than to bring on one of his closest friends and all around musical visionaries, Tone Of Arc. Look Into The Sun is a heart melter. It's the sound of summer. For Pan-Pot's second release on their new imprint they fall nothing short of what you would expect from the infamous duo. 

"Grey Matter" is a stormer made especially for the intense peak time strobe lights of a dark sweaty club. The pulsing stabs and swelling bass in combination with the rolling hi-hats and shakers keep the energy flowing upward. 
Don't let the word grey in the title fool you, this track is more a burning red. Just like the deep ominous vocal says, "We're burning"!

On the flip side is "Substance“ and with this one, Pan-Pot showcase their vast knowledge of what tension can do on the dance floor. From beginning to end, it teases with builds that never quite go over the edge. Constantly increasing, it creates the desire for just a little more while never giving you the satisfaction of a resolution. 

It's a concept that only masters can make work and when it does, it's nothing short of brilliant.

For Clint's second solo effort on Second State he brings us two big room jams. With the Throwing Stones EP he takes the same approach as he did with the previous Warpaint EP by going for two different vibes on either side of the record. 
On the A side we have 'Throwing Stones'; a peak time club tune perfect for dark spaces and strobe lights. With giant rolling sub bass, a heavy kick, crisp hi hats and crunchy hand claps the groove slowly grows into a big break with atmospheric chimes and vocal snippets. Soon you are lost in an ethereal break, but suddenly snapped back into reality as the bass changes and a single looping synth takes center stage creating a driving yet euphoric peak time floor filler. 
With the flip side, Clint goes for a warmer, uplifting tone with 'Come Undone'. Starting with finger snaps and a growing arpeggio, the vibe slowly builds as big toms and dreamy atmospherics introduce a massive sub bass line. As a shaker creeps up and another synth blends with the original arpeggio the beat finally drops. A solid four to the floor groove ensues and culminates into a wash of delayed chimes as the breakdown introduces the lead; an unforgettable brass line that is sure to have all the hands in the air at a sunny open air or a morning at the club.

Jeff as been mixing since 1982 beginning to make mix tape montage on Revox A-77 while listening Dr Silk & Danny Le Rouge on Couleur 3 but started it more seriously in 1985 with Funk Music. In 1986, the House of Chigago appeard and the first Acidhouse party were given in Geneva.
In 1988, he decided to focus on Hip Hop. He was particularly intersted in "scratching", wich is a real passion. He won the D.M.C. In 1991, the UDM (Underground Dance Movement) contact Jeff and offers him to make a scratching demo on techno music. Jeff accepts and plays during the first UDM partys. At that time, the reference label was "Plus 8 & U.R". The first Olympia party was given at l'Ancien-Palais in 1992 by Jeff & Alex Anthony.
In 1999, Jeff decides to created his new label Stark Records : http://www.discogs.com/label/23802-Stark-Records.
