This track pretty much speaks for itself.  Only a few of my songs are really autobiographical.  This is one.

It hit me as an almighty interruption
In the middle of my day to day
It didn't seem to make any kind of sense

I'm not one to bemoan my fate
Or say "how could this have happened to me"
Maybe it’s genetic maybe it’s just bad luck
Doesn’t seem to matter to the Little Big C

People tell me if I change the way the way I think
Or the things that I eat and this will all go away
Nice to think it all could be that simple
But I'm pretty sure C doesn't roll that way

At the time i couldn't puzzle out

Except it's ridiculous that we're in the situation in the first place.

Just aghast that both candidates should be far better candidates, we're in some awful alternate timeline.
