Potential Badboy returns to his own imprint Jekyll & Hyde after the highly acclaimed success of his most recent single “Brederin/Bashy” on Playaz which continues to get radio love. 
It’s been a crazy busy 2019 for Potential Badboy and he’s not showing any signs of slowing down either as the return of a Jekyll & Hyde release is on the way.  Giving fans a taste of what is to come this single is a refix of two Playaz classics. Potential and Junior Dangerous join forces taking the A + B sides on this release respectively. Potential creates a ragga inspired bashment anthem for “This Is Dangerous” lets you know who he is taking through a reggae vocal to produce a whine back breaking track.
known for getting the floor moving and “My Sound” does that, pure drum craftsmanship builds effects up to an addictive droning bassline which intensifies as the beat goes on. Watch out for the sweet vocals of Junior Dangerous sitting perfectly within the riddim just the way it should be.

In 2005 Potential Badboy launched a highly successful jungle and vocal drum and bass label Jekyll and Hyde. Since the first release of L.O.V.E, with his long time friend reggae singer and MC Yush in 2005, Jekyll and Hyde has received great support in the jungle scene from the likes of DJ Hype, Rebel MC, Liondub, Remarc, Marrcus Visionary, Third Eye Recordings, Born On Road, Jungle Splash and Jungle Jam. Potential Badboy ended on a high with his last release on the label with Big Man Tings EP in 2012, including features from Junior Dangerous and Yush and tunes like Cyant Stop which is still being played still to this day.

2017. Potential has returned to the scene with great success from his last studio album Revolution on Playaz and is currently focusing on the relaunch of Jekyll and Hyde to revive the platform to bring in well-established artists as well as a variety of new talent. Although being known for his signature jungle sound, Potential Badboy is a highly prolific producer. He is looking to work with different tempos and styles to merge together different sounds to create unique and current sounds. Stay tuned for new releases from the Jekyl and Hyde recordings camp.
