JENAYLA (‘jen-nay-luh’) was born and raised in Australia, in the beautiful surroundings of South East Queensland. Born into a musical family, this allowed JENAYLA an early understanding of melody and lyric. She further refined her skills in the studio and in live performance, touring professionally in Australia.

During this time JENAYLA began her collaboration with award winning Composer/Producer Roberto Merlini, who having had releases on Café Del Mar, encouraged JENAYLA to further explore her passion for Smooth Jazz / Lounge Music. This developed partnership led JENAYLA and Roberto to produce the EP VISION, debut album INSIGHT and the acclaimed 2016 album NOW.

Inspired by her earlier pop roots she engaged with sounds from artists such as Lisa Stansfield, Sade, Margaret Urlich and Whitney Houston; giving her newest album a sound that alternates between mid-tempo lounge to funk jazz that holds your attention, yet smooth enough to cool you down.

Her songs are currently being played and promoted by radio stations throughout Europe - Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Australia, Africa, Canada, South America and the US.

JENAYLA is licensing her music to clients of brands and industries in luxury retail, hotel resorts, special events; and is available for compilation projects, television and film. She is also performing her catalogue of songs in live performances.

Ex partner of well known Melbourne  d.j Tyrone de Silva he was leaving me for another woman it broke my heart as I loved him more than life .so I spent every year every day since breakup an after our breakup making myself a mega star d.j to get revenge and believe me this project was 5 long years  of very hard work and research an still going ,it was a form of therapy to get over shock an trauma of the man I loved betraying me in the worst way imaginable after a nearly two year partnership .but not only that the most inspiring fun an challenging creation for the  world to hear. music was always a passion since my young school years an something i excelled in. i always wondered how to create a radio station with great music continuous with no commercials .an now  my dream is a reality im so proud of my  hardwork an musical knoweledge an talent s which tyrone an i knew i really had .one thing well always agree on was that i was a good singer an a good  female dj and tyrone also knew i was very into music an really had a great gift i know with my mysic carreer regardless of the fact i made a huge scarifice breaking up our partnership purposlyin order for him to be with his new love. i make so nany sacrifices for the one s i love if only they realky knew .!!!!!
