This is a topic I've coached my clients on many, many times but have never addressed here on the podcast. The techniques I’m sharing with you today can be applied to anyone in your life you would like to forgive whether you have an ex with an affair partner or not! 

You need to know FORGIVENESS IS possible! It is a choice to forgive! Forgiveness is for YOU! It’s Not for your ex or their affair partner or anyone who’s wronged you. It is a gift and a blessing you give yourself to be free from the bitterness, resentment, rage, and anger you feel! The root cause of your pain comes from your THINKING. Remember your thoughts create your feelings!
