It's my first and hopefully not last collaboration with the wonderful Dirk Maassen. 
I was very pleased when Dirk asked me to record a guitar part to his piece Déjà vu.
I recorded 2 versions, an improvised version and a more composed version. I decided to post my improvised version. It simply has more charisma and contrast to the piano.

It's my first collaboration with the wonderful Noemi Bolojan from Vienna. This piece based on an older guitar piece of mine “Twilight No.3” of the “4 short twilight scenes”. She has created amazing music around my piece, a real earwig. Thank you so much Noemi. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

The Idea Of You Cover Art "The Idea Of You" is music inspired by the spirit of Eros and all of its blessings as well as its tribulations. It explores the vicissitudes of romantic love, the delicate seasons and contour of life, and all the lessons learned along the way. Themes of desire, passion, limerence, romantic love, idolatry, jealousy, envy, loss, regret, forgiveness, acknowledgment, appreciation, acceptance, and eventually glimpses of true understanding permeate the work. It attempts to communicate that which so many of us can never quite communicate properly with words. It is an open apology for the clumsy mistakes we all make when coming to maturity in learning how to care selflessly for another human being. This platform never chase to amaze me.
I have met Jens....well I can't remember how or when but when I have listened to his guitar I felt literally in love with his talent.
The story of this collaboration is somehow different from all the others. I have recently started writing my piano composition on score and the rough version of Dreamers for piano only was sounding pretty static. Just for fun I have applied a guitar sound to the score and suddenly a new dimension opened to my ears. Nevertheless computer scoring, whatever instrument you apply, is pretty dry so I have contacted Jens to see whether he was interested to the score.

A new life has taken birth for the track.
Jens, only by ears, has taken the demo and he has re-arranged with his personal and tasteful style giving me the chance to actually improvise with piano afterwards.

I guess is not going to be the last collaboration with Jens

My name is Jens Felger and I live in the southwest of Germany.
I'm a composer, guitarist & music teacher.
I love music of nearly every style and I live music whenever I can.
Creating & listening to music is my elixir of life.
The classical guitar is my musical base camp and at the moment 
I'm concentrated on creating music for this instrument. 
I'm not focussed on a specific style but I can't deny my classical background.
