I am here to immerse myself in the captivating exploration of the psychological and experiential dimensions of music. Crafting sonic compositions from sine waves, zeroes and ones, translated through the medium of air vibrations, establishes a unique connection between the artist's conceptualized emotion or idea and the listener's subjective experience. The process of transmitting these coded messages, whether through the internet or a sound system, resonating with ear drums, unfolds as a truly captivating phenomenon.
As listeners unpack this sonic code, the interpretation becomes a deeply personal and subjective journey, shaped by the intricate prism of their individual life experiences and associations. Music's remarkable ability to connect individuals on a profound emotional level is extraordinary—it possesses the power to unite people, transcend boundaries, and cultivate a shared, collective experience. Music unlocks body expression and frees the emotions. In essence, the collective miracle of music lies in its capacity to evoke emotions, bridge gaps, and weave a shared tapestry of human experience.

Bio:
Hailing from the late 90s club scene of DC/Baltimore, Bee Stee likes to collect, collab & keep it real & raw. She digs deep underground for musical gems to inspire the mind, stir the soul and shake the booty. For the last 10 years, Bee has passionately inspired her Eugene, OR electronic music community by DJing with soul and style through various genres including; deep & tech house, breakbeats, drum & bass, 2-Step/garage, bass & downtempo. She received runner up in the 2011 Lightning in a Bottle Mixtape Contest and has shared the stage with Christian Martin, J. Phlip, Donald Glaude, Adnan Sherif, Miles Airon, Ben Annand, Luke Mandala & The Crystal Method.

Roaming the remotest reaches of the galaxy gathering phenomenal heady phonics of the highest sophistication for your aural absorption, from hip hop to house, drum & bass to dub & step.
 
An aficionado of divey pinbarcades, vintage Japanese sports cars and fine (cheap) red wines, when not behind the decks or hacking the interwebpages Geoff will be found in his natural habitat of the mountains of the PNW, shredding the brown-pow by bike.

After just over a year of DJ experience in the PNW scene, Onyx Ocean quickly established herself as a force to be reckoned with.

Onyx played her debut set in November of 2024 with the Emergence Drum & Bass collective. 

Since then she has played for Quantum, NAF Revival, Be My Guest, The Petricorps Sound System, Train Car House Party, Elevated Frequencies, Shameless Productions, Innerflight Music, Uniting Souls, Viva Recordings, Imagine Music and Arts Festival & Cascadia NW Arts and Music Festival.

With a history in the festival and dance scene dating back to the age of 7, Onyx eventually began working in event production. She developed a deep love for her local underground scene, and profound respect for those who run it.
She is currently the youngest core crew member on the Cascadia festival team.

At the age of 11, Onyx completed the FCC training and became the youngest  certified DJ on the community radio station KAOS. She and her mom are a DJ duo known as “Shaman's Dose.” Together, they host “Kitty Kat Cul-de-sac” every other Sunday. 

Onyx prides herself on her track selection. During any given day, you may catch her spinning Acid, Breakbeats, Drum & Bass, UKG, House, Techno & Psytrance.

Whether you find her at a renegade, warehouse, or festival stage, her sets are crafted with intentional energy and emotional depth. Prepare yourself for a journey through dynamic atmosphere and driving basslines.
