Smoke, strobes, darkness, bone-chilling coldness, and pulsating bass: Our next guest's style is no doubt the epitome of what it means to experience the sheer power of the raw and raging, ebullient techno genre. ANETHA is a fantastic dj who caught our attention not too long ago and ever since then we've been very eager in awarding her the spotlight on our podcast series. 

A resident of Blocaus in Paris, she's made quite a name for herself recently, both on the deejaying and production fronts. Her debut EP "Ophiucus" came out last year on Work Them Records, receiving massive accolades and quickly becoming sold out. Much like her dj sets, her production style is characterized by the raw and vibrant, ravey warehouse feel that is filled with so much energy and tension; and the result of each one of her works is supremely elevating. Blending the old-school with the avant-garde, her music is truly evoking and transports the listener to the times every music lover (and dancer), has had on the dancefloor -- where dreams and reality become one -- and after that moment's passed, one cannot but dwell and yearn for reliving it once more. 

Anetha's set for us does just that -- sequesters you on a journey through the deepest and rawest corners of your mind and soul... all while cursing the richest and oldest of techno catalogs. Ladies and gentlemen, this is Anetha in the mix. Please Enjoy!

Parisian based DJ and producer and resident of Blocaus in Paris, Anetha has quickly become a prominent figure in the Paris underground music scene. 

Oscillating between acid lines, melancholic melodies, hypnotic patterns and strong grooves, Anetha also likes to mix her sets with a sprinkling of 90’s tracks offering a deep and pulsating journey. 

Production wise, Anetha made her debut on November 2015 with an excellent EP on Spencer Parker’s imprint Work Them Records. Also, released on June 2016 a track called Tomorrow’s DNA on Reclaim Your City on the Paris – Berlin 2.0 EP alongside Francois X, I/Y and Abayomi. 

In October 2016, Anetha and the Blocaus crew presented their new imprint ‘Blocaus Series.’

Recently Anetha signed her first track to Clone Records’ affiliated imprint Anagram "Acid Train" alongside Sinfol, Elad Magdasi and Dävide.

Biography:
Jens Mueller comes from Essen, the heart of Germany’s Ruhr region and in true German fashion Jens Mueller is the master of all things Techno. Jens has been behind the decks lighting up dance floors since 1994 and has played set’s at some of the Europe’s most prestigious events such as Love Parade and Nature One Festival. 

Jens Mueller has been producing music for as long as he can remember and it certainly shows by some of the incredible tracks he has released on Labels like ‘Dolma’, ‘Autektone Dark’, ‘Reload Black’ Agile’ and many more. Jens draws inspiration from the likes of Chris Liebing, DJ Rush, Andreas Kraemer and Steve Stoll. After working on a variety of web-radio shows and searching for the newest up and coming talent in the Techno scene, Jens went on to develop his label called Sound Kleckse Records. Sound Kleckse debuted back in 2009 with Jens’ famous ‘My Name Is Roland EP’

A keen advocate for indie labels, Jens champions new artists and those who build platforms to enhance music all whilst sharing his wealth of experience and knowledge. The rest of the industry are also taking notice as Jens has been featured in some of the industries leading blogs and online magazine such as One EDM, Hypestorm, ElectroWow and Global Techno Magazine.
