Rugrats are the Swiss psytrance duo that has rapidly risen to the top psytrance charts worldwide with their releases on Looney Moon Records and more highly renown record labels.

Coming from an instrumental education, Oli & Pat met in 2013 at psychedelic trance events in Basel (Switzerland), and began playing as a DJ duo shortly after.

In the same year, they started to produce music finding their soundscape within the deepest, dynamic psychedelic trance with an eye for quality, sharpness of the modulations and a minimalistic touch.

Aardvark is the solo psytrance project of Nigel Shiva valley, a medium-sized, burrowing nocturnal mammal with a long pig-like snout used to
sniff out food. He roams over most of the southern two-thirds of the
African continent, avoiding mainly rocky areas. A nocturnal feeder, he
subsists on ants and termites, which he digs out of their hills using his
sharp claws and powerful legs. In his spare time he writes groovy
psychedelic tunes for the day or night time, and does all kinds of other cool shit.

In the last decade Berlin became a magnetic force of culture. With an enormous appeal to artists from all areas of expertise including music, design, architecture, theatre, dance and everything that helps the evolution of imagination and creativity. This is why it should come to no surprise that it is the birth place of both Iono Music and its founder - Matthias Sperlich.

Like many other labels, Iono Music was born in order to give its founder, Cubixx aka Matthias Sperlich, the freedom he needed to release his first creation as Koaxkaos – "Evolutyon". After he met Murus in 2003 at a Psytrance festival, they started working together for several years, and so Iono Music was established in 2005. Unlike many other labels, which are affected by fashion, hype and commercial factors, Iono Music has been motivated by the radiation that the music transmits and the way the body reacts to it. If the music changes the molecules and atoms into ion then it means it has been ionized*. The Ionization process can only be fully successful if your music is high quality Electronic music. Iono Music's main emphasis is on Progressive Psytrance and yet any Electronic style is accepted as long as it stands out of the others – after all it has to reach the top atmosphere to be an Iono…

Matthias Sperlich was born in 1977 in Berlin, Germany. He has over 15 years of experience behind the decks and has a long time love affair with electronic music. He works as a professional VFX artist for cinema and TV, which allows him to pursue his passion and vision of extraordinary music, while being guided by his perfectionist's standards. Since the beginning Cubixx knew that Iono Music could succeed only if he chooses each artist with extra care, examining every aspect to see if they belong in the Iono family. Thus all the artists and dj's you see in our website were picked one by one, after proving to be not only excellent artists but also great people.

Iono Music never stops to evolve, always being one step ahead with technology and new initiatives it had grown to be an exciting international label. Always on the move, Iono Music promises to give you the top notch music this atmosphere can offer.

Ju, aka Shred'er is a native of southern France. He discovered electronic music in 2002, which quickly became his passion, and started composing various styles on hardware devices. quickly settling his style to psychedelic trance. From composition to dj acts, his productions quickly grew stronger: Shred'er's touch is somewhere in between Groovy and frenetic psytrance, always reaching new realms of sound while keeping his own trade mark. In 2014, he joined the Transubtil crew and blast his first big dance floors. From then, evertything began to catch up: Shred'er multiplied the collaborations with acknoledged psychedelic artists. 2017 he create the french label Transubtil Records . 2019 he join the Looney Moon rec team


Ju aka Shred’er est originaire du sud de la France. Il découvre la musique électronique en 2002 et très vite passionné, commence à composer en 2004 différents styles sur hardware. Il s’arrêtera finalement sur la Trance qu’il découvre en 2008 : une véritable révélation qui lui permet désormais de s’épanouir musicalement. De productions en mix sets, ses compositions s’enrichissent : Shred’er oscille entre une une psytrance rythmée et des ambiances psychédéliques, sans cesse à la recherche de nouvelles sonorités qui marquent fondamentalement son propre style. Il rejoint en 2014 l’association Transubtil et prend alors les devants de gros dancefloors. En 2017 il crée le label Transubtil rec avec son ami Earthworm. 2019 il rejoint le label Looney Moon

Hi there!  

I had my first experience with the psytrance scene in 2008, and i was sold right there!
I since began dj'ing later on, and now here i am just a normal boy from Skive, Denmark, trying to improve my dj skills. In the future i will make my own music. Lets hope it will work out!

Zephirus Kane 

ZK has been producing Psy Trance since 2010. First as the duo Master Blasters, and since 2017 has established himself as the solo artist Zephirus Kane. He plays at top Psy Trance events such as Boom, Ozora, Universo Paralello, Mundo De Oz, Shankra, Origin, Odysee, Sonica, Glastonbury, Green Magic, HillTop, Shiva Valley, Transition, and many more around the world. He has collaborated with psy masters Ajja, Tristan, Dickster, Sonic Species, Virtual Light, Tron, Mandala, Martian Arts, Ital, Hypnoise, Hypatia and more. ZK has been on a musical journey since he first sat behind a drum kit at the age of 12 and has been working with sound ever since. He has scaled the highest levels of the pro audio industry mixing live sound for artists such as Grace Jones, Ed Sheeran, David Guetta, Morcheeba, Rudimental, Craig David, Dizzee Rascal and many more.
