While liars raise their shallow voice.

They climb ahead with sharpened teeth,
I fade like breath beneath their feet.
I never pushed, I always gave —

Why the loudest take it in.
While I stay calm, and try to care,
They fly — and I’m just standing there.
Is kindness just a losing game?
Will no one ever say my name?
I was too nice, too soft, too true…

I hoped the truth would have its day.
But silence isn't armor, friend —
It breaks before the bitter end.

They laugh and call it confidence,
But ego’s just their weak defense.
