I've been listening to a lot of Gong and Ozric Tentacles lately and decided to try and write something in that style. Spacey, trippy rock. I think I got close. You should check those bands out. Drums are my Cubase kit, bass is my Ibanez 5 string, Fender Squire silver Strat, Korg Kronos and King Korg synths. Organ is Korg Kronos. Hope you like it! Gas Clouds Of Uranus

I was thinking about people the other day and this idea popped into my head. Ever wonder how some people actually get through the day? I do.
Bass synth is my Moog Grandmother. The rest are my trusty trio of Korgs. My Kronos does the bulk of the work but my old Wavestation EX is in there with some bell-like tones as well as my KingKorg doing sweeping noises. On the left is my Fender Squire Cabronita Telecaster and on the right is my Epiphone Studio Dot. Bass is my ibanez 5 string and drums as usual are just
finger played on a pad using stock Cubase drum sounds. I used my newest microphone for all my vocals. A Lewett LCT 240 Pro.

Nebulous Wonder

We moved out of the city just over a year ago and couldn't be happier. So I wrote a country rock song. That's me playing everything. My Mexi Strat, My Epipone Studio Dot, My 5 string Ibanez bass, my inexpensive Martin acoustic, Korg Kronos piano and organ, Cubase Drum sounds and me singing. The revving engine is a free sample. We Can't Do That [Demo]

My latest work in progress. It seems like I've run into a slowdown when it comes to lyric writing. No worries though. It's just a matter of time. All parts are written and played by me.
This is a slightly new version. Still no lyrics but I've done some work on the mix. I like to watch Chris Selim on Youtube and he came across this great Andrew Sheps trick called Rear Buss Compression. It took me a bit to figure it out and get it working but since I have, I love it! Hoep you do too. Don't know if you'll hear the difference but in my car, it's like night and day. I also changed the Harp sound to something less cutting on my assistant producers advice. (my wife) I did agree with her, Of Course! She knows where I sleep!

I'm right now watching a video with Devin Townsend and Old Englund. Look for it. It's amazing! The point of this is that I think I'm going to write some lyrics of a positive nature. These guys are very inspiring.
