Jeremy Marquez has been in sales and marketing since I was 17, I am 37 now. Mostly phone sales (telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting, etc.)
In 2011 I started working for iHOUSEweb, selling #IDX #websites to agents and brokers nationwide. I excelled in sales there and started learning real estate and digital marketing, and I learned that I truly love the business.
My role ran it's the course and there was not a long term future there for me, at least the one that I want to create. I was done working for someone else fulfilling their dream.
So, I started J Marqeting, a virtual ISA (inside sales agent/assistant/assassin service) in 2015-2016.
I saw the need to prospect and convert leads, not generate more leads. This started with me being hired to go through lead databases and see if there were people that still needed to buy or sell. I started having success right away. Setting appointments for my clients and they were converting these to deals.
in 2017 I was approached by a top agent in Key West that wanted someone like me to prospect via cold calling in dialer systems like REDX, Vulcan 7, Mojo Selling Solutions and convert #expires and #FSBO$ and convert them to listing appointments.
This was the start of the niche I am now in and at the top of, cold calling high probability listing leads, (expires, FSBOs, circle prospecting, etc...) and #converting them to hot qualified listing appointments for top real estate listing specialists and advisors nationwide with the intent to turn those into new listings.
I dug in and started following online coaches that teach how they do it, (strategies, scripts, etc.) soaked it all up and I am still learning and getting better daily.
I love the challenge.
My clients are all getting 3 hot listing appointments listings weekly, which is 12 or more appointments monthly for you to meet with face to face to discuss your strategy to get it sold.
I expect that they list a minimum of 1 weekly, which is 4 listings monthly.
My process and system lead generation to a happy seller is proven and repeatable in all markets.
In 2020, I will scale out my service, I will have a team of appointment setters and we will be servicing 50+ top real estate professionals nationwide.
