Label veteran and versatile chillout & downtempo producer, Manu Zain, is back with a brand new 4-track EP, entitled "Don't Give Yourself Away."

The title cut, "Don't Give Yourself Away," takes off with several intriguing rhodes sounds, soon to be replaced by haunting, yet subtle percussion layers. In the background, soothing pads build up to the break, in which we witness the addition of even more tranquil rhodes melodies.

In "Lou-Lou," a stunning atmosphere is quickly established, including captivating guitar riffs, background pads, and lovely pluck melodies. As the song progresses, subtle percussion elements emerge, and the various melodic layers build up and combine in perfect unison.

"Precious" takes off with a truly captivating soundscape, which features deep bassline notes, myriad melodic layers, and well-structured percussion elements. The different melodies spellbind the listener, making it an indelible aural experience.

Delayed piano strokes introduce "Last Train," and captivating pad layers and a frisky beat take over soon thereafter. Hypnotizing synth notes emerge in the break, brilliantly followed up by a variety of distinctive pad sounds in the background.

The Frankfurt master-craftsman returns Back on Bedrock since his Usual Suspects collaborations project with Jimmy Van M in 2012, Oliver Lieb makes up for lost time with three immaculate journeys.

Named after NASAs deep space exploration missions, Epoxi truly is a trip. A luxuriously unhurried arrangement where a star-gazing chord rises and rises, the adventure is charged by a rolling groove, warm off-beat bass and a late entering hook that will truly cause deep impact.

Its followed by The Force. Another precision title, you can feel the push from the very second this kicks into action. Widescreen drums punch with a techno attitude but shuffle and swing with house sass creating a brilliant sense of instant immersion. Once again its the half way point which really switches things as psychedelic harmonic textures whirl and warp into the mix, changing the narrative entirely, taking you to places you never expected to exist.

Monospectral is our final odyssey of the EP. Rich in emotion, subtly epic, totally arresting; from the bottom of its pulsating foundation chords to the very top of its near-evangelistic hooks and synth sweeps, vibrant slices of imaginative dancefloor electronica like this dont come around very often. File under: new dimension. Lets hope Oliver doesnt leave it so long next time. Happy travels.

From Sam Ho we present Last Exit; a hearty slab of throbbing #140 arena-trance featuring cavernous reverbs, layers of busy synth lines & a monster lead riff. Before heading for it’s last exit (see what we did there?) the track takes an interesting midway detour with some portamento analogue synth work, proving that #140 does not necessarily mean formulaic.

Jerome Isma-ae combines the behind-the-curtain knowledge of a music producer, with the familiarity and deep knowledge of a dance floor you would expect from a DJ. Broad in his influences, and a visionary in his approach, you’ll always catch a hint of progressiveness in his sound. Jerome has been surrounded by music since his early years, with musical education in elementary school, learning the piano and later the guitar. At 12, Jerome was already playing the bass guitar in a heavy metal band, but it wasn’t until 14 that he started making his own beats with a drum machine.
Having dabbled in many dance music subgenres, you will catch glimpses of Techno, Trance, and Progressive House in his productions. A mean and heavy rhythm section is contrasted against haunting harmonies and counter melodies, and complimented by ambient and textural layers that add a new dimension to the final product. This formula is applied with top-notch clarity and a meticulous attention to detail to such an extent that the sound of his drums has become both recognizable and memorable.
