Sounds from Boğaziçi is an archiving project that aims to circulate and collect archival material from the Boğaziçi University protests that began on the 4th of January 2021 and are still ongoing.

The archive focuses on sound as memory, and aims to assemble, distribute, and reassemble collective memory through circulating it in as many forms and means at possible.

The sample pack below consists of sounds taken from videos circulated online by people on the ground. Feel free to download them and use them. Please email anything you make using them to bogazicisesler@gmail.com, so that they can be archived as part of this ongoing project.
