Bryant Woodward also known as PRECYCE is one of the founders and Co-CEO of Regiment Records. At a very young age he always had a taste for music & at the age of 12 he starting writing poems. He then decided it was time for a change. Those poems turned into composing alternative rock songs. For nearly 11 years he hungered for most music, he was in love with Hip-Hop most of all. At the age of fourteen the artist formally known as Young Dynasty was somewhat born. Two years later that name was fully born when he joined a group then called red diamond. He started out as the most hungriest artist on the roster along with honor mention Nuke, sonic, and Kannon. After years in that group/label he decided on another change. In 2012 the other Co-founder and Co-CEO contacted him and thus birthed the label formally known as Fullmetal Regime Records. Over their two years of existence he has been a staple as the CEO as well as being an artist. PRECYCE has brung in many artists while basing the label on team and family values. While also doing that he is also one of the founders of Regime Media along side Joshua "7RoundZ" Young and is a producer to boot. PRECYCE also is an audio engineer, graphic designer and dabbles in promotion. PRECYCEs' many influences include Tupac Shakur , Geto Boys, Scarface, and Eminem just to name a few.

William Felton is an artist that goes by many names "Play" "Chimano Dior" and "Chi". Raised on the east coast in SOUTHEAST D.C Play grew up listening to classical music and bands like U2 and Radiohead. After enlisting in the Army in 2006 Play started to delve into the Hip Hop culture coming up with funny impromptu songs about a soldier's plyth through Basic Combat Training at Fort Benning GA.  After completing  basic training Play was stationed at Schofield Barracks Hawaii and begin recording his own music for the first time. In December 2007 Play deployed to Iraq with the 1-14th Infantry Battalion bringing along his recording equipment to make music between mortar attacks and missions.Over 200 songs were recorded between December 07 and Play's return to Hawaii in Feb 2009. It wasn't until meeting fellow soldier Jeron "Jay J" Pierce in 2010 and him convincing Play to put out his music in the summer of 2011 by opening up a Soundcloud page.
