California-based producer PEPPERJVCK makes his Purified Records debut, revealing one of the label’s most sought-after IDs, ‘Believe’. Combining emotive vocals with driving percussion, this track has formed connections with audiences around the world with its magnetic presence. 

The ‘Believe’ artwork features a stunning shot of a humpback whale by Daniel Nicholson. Whales, the majestic denizens of the ocean, command our admiration with their sheer size and intricate behaviors. These gentle giants are a testament to nature’s grandeur, showcasing diverse species that range from the acrobatic humpback to the colossal blue whale. Their haunting songs, resonating across vast expanses, hint at a world of communication and social connections that continue to be studied by marine biologists. Organizations such as the Whale and Dolphin Conservation dedicate themselves to safeguarding the future of these awe-inspiring creatures. While localized threats like ship strikes and entanglement still pose risks to Humpback Whales, they have made a remarkable recovery since the whaling era, and their population status has improved to Least Concern according to the IUCN. 

Located on the Ningaloo Reef in Western Australia, Daniel Nicholson is one of the globe’s most prominent professional underwater photographers. He seeks to share the beauty and magic of the underwater world to inspire conservation and change.

Kasablanca release their latest two-track EP, ‘Crossing The Rubicon’, out now on Anjunabeats. 

Accomplished melodic techno duo Kasablanca first made a splash in Summer 2020 with their collaboration with Lane 8, ‘Run’. They followed that up with their debut album ‘Human Learning’, their Juno Award-nominated single with Bob Moses ‘Afterglow’, their ‘Immunity EP’ on Anjunabeats, as well as a remix of Above & Beyond’s ‘Black Room Boy’ as part of the ‘10 Years of Group Therapy’ celebrations.

Their latest EP on Anjunabeats, ‘Lucid Audio’, earned support from the likes of Massano, Oliver Heldens, Don Diablo, Armin van Buuren, Vintage Culture, James Hype, and Lane 8, racking up over 3.5M total worldwide streams to date. Stellar remixes of tracks from the EP soon followed: Korolova’s take on ‘In Sequence’ featured in several playlists while being played at her shows around the world, as did Øostil’s rework of ‘Am I Dreaming?’ which was heard at his shows across four different continents this year.

Kasablanca’s sound takes on a whole new dimension when you experience it live. Their adrenaline-fuelled show, akin to mashup of Justice, Queen and Stephan Bodzin, straddles the atmosphere of a full-blown rock concert and a superclub. Replete with Prince-esque swagger and an extensive rig of analogue synthesizers on stage they are an act not to miss.

This year, the duo completed their ‘Am I Dreaming?’ tour, which took them to eight sold-out venues across North America, Ultra Miami, Coachella, festival appearances in Brazil and India. Recently they've supported Above & Beyond at their sold-out Printworks London takeover and at The Gorge for Group Therapy Weekender as well as made their return to Red Rocks Amphitheater with Above & Beyond.

Jaytech returns to Anjunabeats with his trance and progressive two-tracker ‘Nebula / Makes You Wonder’.

With over 40 releases across Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep, Jaytech (or ‘Jimbo’ as we affectionately know him) is a long-term friend of the Anjunafamily. He honed his ear as a label A&R for Anjuna HQ in the late 2000s. In recent years, he’s unearthed new talent on his long-running Jaytech Music mix show and continues to share his wealth of production experience on YouTube.

Jaytech has long been a part of the fabric of Anjunabeats - he has toured globally with Above & Beyond and was a studio engineer for the label. He has since gone to play Electric Daisy Carnival, Tomorrowland, Electric Zoo and more.

‘Nebula / Makes You Wonder’ is Jaytech’s first release of 2024. Jaytech flexes his prowess for uptempo trance production on ‘Nebula’, a track that originated from an online production workshop he ran with his fans in 2023. On ‘Make You Wonder’, listeners get a taste of the progressive and melodic side of his songwriting.
