BIO:
Nick Nice has been dj'ing for 20+ years. An avid music collector since childhood he began his dj career in earnest in order to share his passion with the public. He was one of the founders of the midwest rave scene, organizing some of the first events in the United States back in 1991. While living in France for several years he was a resident dj at the infamous Queen club, located on the Champs-Elysées in Paris. He was hired by David Guetta who was the artistic director at the time. He has also performed extensively throughout France and continental Europe. In addition Nick was one of the first international dj's to play in Moscow, Russia in 1993.

After moving back to the U.S. he ran a successful record store, Nice Musique, for several years. He also had a top rated radio show called Fromage on what was then known as Power 105.9. He moved home in order to be closer to his family. His son, Maceo was born on April 28th, 2010. While based in Madison, he performs there regularly and has been voted best dj in the city by various local media outlets for many years in a row. He also plays often throughout the midwest, with shows at the world-renowned Smart Bar &amp; Moonshine in Chicago, The Highbury in Milwaukee (to name but a couple of places) and regularly returns to France, continuing to spread his love of music wherever he is. 

He has performed with many amazing artists such as; Hot Chip, Claude Monnet, Dimitri from Paris, Kaskade, David Guetta, Daft Punk, Kevin Saunderson, L.A. Riots, Bonobo, Richie Hawtin, John Acquaviva, Laurent Garnier, Alice Russell, Hercules & Love Affair, Derrick May, Deep Dish, BT, Dirty Vegas, Scott Hardkiss, Boo Williams, Green Velvet, Dj Drama, Dixon, Jazzanova, Dirty Vegas, Faze Action, Idjut Boys, Pure Science, Roy Davis, Jr., Woody Mcbride & many more...

Nick also produces music with his friend Brad Owen under the alias of The Regionalists. Their first release, Live Nude Rhodes, sold over 2000 copies on vinyl. They have also done several remixes, most notably one for Amnesty International's 40th Anniversary in collaboration with the Buddha Bar mix CD series. Nick's musical style is not limited to any one genre in particular; preferring to play for the vibe of the venue, the crowd and his mood in general. 

One thing is for sure; Nick's love of music, life and bringing different groups of people together always comes across no matter what the setting. Nick Nice will always make you dance or get your head nodding and guarantees you will have a good time when he is performing.

Ethan Gans-Morse is a critically-acclaimed composer and producer based in Southern Oregon. He is best known for composing and producing the opera, The Canticle of the Black Madonna, which The Oregonian called “A huge achievement… generous, carefully crafted and supremely compassionate” and Oregon ArtsWatch hailed as “One of the most exciting developments of the arts season.” He focuses on collaborative, socially relevant projects that foster greater human connection. As Eugene Weekly described his work, “Classical music is often rightly accused of ignoring the here and now. Fortunately, [composers such as Gans-Morse] are using classical and postclassical forms to help us understand the sometimes-unpleasant realities of the world we live in.” His most recent commissions include the multimedia oratorio Six Feet Apart: Stories of Resilience and Transformation, the immigration-themed chamber opera Dreams Have No Borders, How Can You Own The Sky? A Symphonic Poem Honoring Native Wisdom, a program symphony commissioned by the Rogue Valley Symphony in honor of its 50th anniversary season, and Tango of the White Gardenia, a tango-infused opera in two acts for Cascadia Chamber Opera in Eugene, Oregon.

His instrumental works have been performed by numerous ensembles, including the American Creators Ensemble, the Quartetto Indaco, the Fireworks Ensemble, the Firebird Wind Trio, and the Eugene Contemporary Chamber Ensemble; his choral works have been performed by the Portland Vocal Consort (winner of their 2010 Composer Competition), Chorus Austin, the American School in Taipei, Taiwan, The Sandlapper Singers, and the Contemporary Choral Collective of Los Angeles. His music has been presented at numerous concert series, including the highSCORE Festival in Pavia, Italy, the Instrumenta Oaxaca Festival in Oaxaca, Mexico, the Music Today Festival, the Vanguard Concert Series, The University of Wyoming New Music Festival, the Oregon Composers Forum, the Oregon Bach Festival Composers Symposium, and the Ashland Winter Fine Arts Festival.

Gans-Morse and his wife and creative partner, Tiziana DellaRovere, are the co-founders of Anima Mundi Productions, a 501.c.3 non-profit based in Southern Oregon dedicated to “healing the soul of the world through the arts.”

Anthony Joseph Lanman is an active and passionate musician that divides his time between composing, performing, teaching and advocacy for new classical music.

As a composer, Anthony creates music that reaches general audiences as well as new music connoisseurs. Embracing influences that range from progressive rock and metal, to medieval and renaissance music, to jazz, to new classical, Anthony strives to create a sound that is his own. He has written for ensembles and soloists around the world.

Recent commissions include – E.G.S./A.J.L. for guitarist Matthew Cochran, Hear Us! for children’s choir and string ensemble commissioned by Otter Creek Middle School, Automaton – a concerto for 8-string electric guitar and percussion for Clocks In Motion, The Rag and Bone Shop – a song cycle for baritone and piano trio for Brian Lewis and David Small commissioned by the University of Texas Butler School of Music, Rush – a quartet commissioned by the Music Teacher’s National Association and the Indiana Music Teacher’s Association, Hommages for Piano, Book 2, for Holly Roadfeldt, and Damselfly – a duo for 8-string electric guitar and percussion for Kyle Lutes.

Anthony’s performing career began in high school while singing and playing electric guitar with his touring progressive band Canvas. His principle instrument changed to classical guitar during his undergraduate years at University of Texas at Austin where he studied with Adam Holzman. Through his graduate study at Indiana University he added renaissance lute and theorbo to his instrumental arsenal, studying with Nigel North. He has performed with the University of Texas New Music Ensemble, the University of Texas Early Music Ensemble, the Indiana University New Music Ensemble, the Indiana State University Wind Ensemble, and Clocks in Motion. He has also performed many concerts of solo and chamber music.

Anthony’s advocacy is life-long. In the nineties, he hosted a contemporary classical music radio show on KVRX in Austin, Texas. In the 21st century, he promoted fellow Indiana University composers through a web presence on Mp3.com (now defunct); created Guitar Heroes, a weekly presentation series in Second Life; and produced more than 100 episodes of his ongoing music-centric podcasts All the Cool Parts and the 1,000 Recordings Podcast. He has appeared as a guest on Soundnotion, Composer Quest, Classical Guitar Insider, Goes 2 Eleven, and The Portfolio Composer.  His new podcast 1 Track focuses on the music of the contemporary classical world.  In addition, he has exposed thousands of new listeners to contemporary classical composers by sharing this music to his more than 400,000 followers on Soundcloud.

Anthony has held several positions at multiple universities and colleges, as well as K-12 public schools. In 2016, he held an adjunct position at Butler University in addition to teaching choir and music at West Vigo Middle School. He holds a BM in composition from the University of Texas, and an MM and DM in composition from Indiana University.

Anthony currently resides in Bloomington, IN with his wife Jenna and their cats Silas and Bod.

Sebastian Nagretshei, also known as Zoe (Yi-Cheng )Lin, is a composer and software engineer specializing in digital music. Holding a doctoral degree in composition from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she previously led AI music research as Chief Music Officer at an AI music company. Currently, Lin is a full-time composer and adjunct assistant professor at National Taiwan Normal University. Her expertise lies in visual-auditory synesthetic electronic music, 3D immersive composition, and ambisonic system sound projection. 
Lin's electronic compositions have been exhibited/selected in 21 countries at 48 international music festivals, including Paysages Composés Festival 2025 (Grenoble, France), SICMF 25 (Seoul, Korea), JIMLAC 2025 (Lyon, France), ICMC 2025 (Boston, USA), NYCEMF 2025 (NYC, USA), SEAMUS 2025 (Purdue University, USA), REF 2024, Ars Electronica 2024 (Linz, Austria), IRCAM Forum 2024 (Paris, France), ACMC 2024 (Sydney Melbourne, Australia), ICAD 2024 (NY, USA, selected), NYCEMF 2024 (USA), ICMC 2024 (South Korea), MediSouP 2024 (Cyprus), SiMN 2023 (Brazil), MUSLAB 2023 (Ecuador), MiRNArte 2023 (Venice, Italy), SICMF 2023 (Seoul, South Korea), NIME 2023 "Mixed Realities Workshop" (Mexico), NYCEMF 2023 (New York), Spatial Audio Conference 2023 (United Kingdom), NoiseFloor 2023 (United Kingdom), Earth Day Art Model 2023 (hosted by Indiana University, USA), MOXsonic Festival 2023, SICMF2022, Atemporánea Festival 2022 (Argentina), ICMC 2022 (Ireland), IRCAM-Forum 2022 (New York).
