Welcome to the lost files of Jess Van Ness. Moods for the Moody was actually the first draft of “The Last Breathe” originally recorded in 2020, but the impact of George Floyd changed the course of this release. Devastated, Jess changed almost the entire project based on what he was feeling at the time as a tribute to those that tragically lost their lives at the hands of those that are supposed to be protectors. This recording was filed away and almost forgotten. Unfortunately, the set list has also been lost. 

About Moods for the Moody, it’s a collage of deep dark twisting tracks ranging from progressive, minimal techno, afro, and melodic techno with elements of haunting vocals.

Sebando aka Sebastian, is a 34 year old DJ and home producer from Glastonbury, England. He has been influenced from a variety of different genres such as drum and bass, house, garage, hip hop, trap, synthwave and more.

Jean-Michel Regnault, connu sous son nom d'artiste DJ Blush, est un compositeur de musique électro qui se distingue par une approche minimaliste mais innovante dans la production musicale. Installé dans son home studio, il compose des morceaux en utilisant une vaste collection de synthétiseurs et de samplers, tous contrôlés par un processeur MIDI, créant ainsi des sonorités électroniques uniques. Sa méthode de production, intime et créative, reflète un dévouement à l'exploration sonore, et son travail en solo lui permet de manipuler chaque élément de ses compositions avec une grande précision.
L'élément marquant de la carrière de DJ Blush est sa collaboration avec Diki Records, un label belge de renom dans le milieu de la musique électronique. En 1998, Jean-Michel Regnault a signé trois morceaux avec ce label, une décision qui a marqué un tournant dans sa carrière. Diki Records est célèbre pour avoir signé l'iconique morceau Age of Love, un classique du genre trance, et en collaborant avec eux, DJ Blush a pu se faire connaître d'un large public européen. Cette collaboration lui a ouvert des portes et a contribué à son développement en tant qu'artiste.
Aujourd'hui, DJ Blush préfère partager sa musique via des plateformes numériques, notamment Soundcloud. C'est sur cette plateforme qu'il entrepose ses créations récentes, permettant ainsi à ses fans d'écouter et de découvrir ses nouveaux morceaux. L'ère numérique a permis à des artistes comme DJ Blush de se libérer des contraintes des labels traditionnels, offrant une plus grande liberté créative tout en restant proche de leur communauté.
Le style de DJ Blush, caractérisé par une fusion de mélodies électroniques enveloppantes et de rythmes entraînants, fait de lui une figure appréciée dans l'univers de la musique électro. He starts producing electronic music and tech house, attending in 2014/2016 the Italian DJ Academy (AID) of Bologna.
He studied for two years Drum Percussion at "C. e G. Andreoli" music school in Modena, where he also started a new course in Music Theory and Composition in 2019.
Certified in the three years of Electronic Music and Sound Design at "AFM" Music Academy in Bologna and he attended a sound engineer course at NEUMA
Music School of Reggio Emilia.
In 2023, he attended the course of "Sound Design Virtual" at the NUT Academy in Naples with the teaching of prof. E.Cosimi.
Winner of the "Amnesia Ibiza x The Sound Of Unity for Antony Morato" contest for best producer 2024.
In 2025, he participated in the “Grammy Workshop Mix & Mastering Tour by Luca Pretolesi.

As a DJ, he not only determined the beat of the dance floor, but also undertook a musical journey through the decades and genres. From the desert to the Sunset Strip, Jess has been mixing underground music since 1999. The LA native and now San Diego based artist mixes a wide range of genres fusing old school with new school. Blurring genre boundaries, Jess likes to paint stories with music and take listeners on an emotional journey with ever changing sonic textures with meaningful music. Much of his style is on the darker end of the spectrum with worldly textures, deep grooves, heavy percussion, progressive melodies and big sound. Jess is a big advocate for deep crate digging to find those gems of hidden tracks and white labels from unknown artists. 

Current Supported Genres: Afro House, Organic House, Playa Tech, Progressive, Tribal, Breaks, Trance, Electro Acid , Psy, Goa, and all flavors of Techno.
