Freddie Draper is a professional Bass Player performing, recording and collaborating with a number of acts, artists and writers. Freddie enjoys playing all genres including Rock, Jazz, Soul, Funk, Disco, Prog, R&B, Musical Theatre and Classical.

In addition to Electric Bass Guitar, Freddie is also a  Double Bass player working with groups, ensembles and orchestras, playing original compositions and covers. His sight reading skills are a bonus in both performing and recording environments.  

Freddie provides backing vocals in a number of collaborations and is lead vocalist on his solo projects.

Transcribing is one of the skills from which he takes great pleasure, and he has undertaken professional assignments for extremely high profile events including the  50 years of Marshall amps concert at Wembley Arena 2013.

From his early playing days he has built a portfolio of bass pupils, tutoring from beginner level to higher grades. After graduating from London's Institute of Contemporary Music Performance with a First Class Honours Degree and the award of "Best Bass" (2011-2014), he now tutors there regularly.
