There is clear use of the term 'Priyom' in this broadcast. This is something that has been recorded and released previously in the conet project, but no message with 'priyom' is present in any. This could show that this station is operated by military. This continued for some few minutes, though I only caught this last repeat as I was originally recording S21 numbers station on 5373 (at the same time as this broadcast! weird) so there was some fucking about with tuning etc.

lots of numbers given between the two operators, often i have seen activity on this frequency before but have never pinpointed its frequency and transmission type until now. i beleive this to be Russian military.
