Desiree Jordan is living her purpose, spreading love through sound, and forging her own path with her sultry, melodic R&B/soul vibes. With her roots in church, she has developed her musical prowess in the renowned Washington Performing Arts Society’s Children of the Gospel choir, and spent 10+ years as Music Director to choirs of her own.

A native of the Washington, DC-metro area, Desiree has performed on many stages including The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, The National Cherry Blossom Festival Stage, Downtown Silver Spring and Columbia Summer concerts music series, and on FreshTV, aired on AccessMontgomery Channel 21 and DCTV Comcast channel 95/Verizon channel 10.

Her music support-base has grown nationally and internationally, performing on New York City stages including B.B. Kings Blues Club, The Bitter End, The Shrine World Music Venue and Silvana NYC, Milk River, and more.

Desiree's music has also reached listeners across the U.S., from radio interviews on Texas local R&B stations and leading music workshops for high schoolers in Iowa, to performing and stage-managing the Sweet Auburn Music Fest in Atlanta, GA. Her support base also reaches the Caribbean,  having performed at Antigua and Barbuda's annual Soothe Lounge. Her music has also reached is playing from Canada to Germany to South America.

She is also a member vocalist of KiDé, an R&B soul duo comprised of Kia Bennett and Desiree Jordan, with a sound reminiscent of
all things beautiful. They are an enchanting combination of warm,
cozy, fluid, colorful, soulful voices, melodies with keys.

Both Desiree and Kia are lead vocalists in the the revamped Roy Ayres-produced, RAMP, an American soul/jazz band of the 70’s whose music works have been sampled by R&B notables such as Erykah Badu, and Q-Tip from a Tribe Called Quest.

Whether she is performing with her bands, or collaborating with fellow artists, Desiree is always connecting with music-lovers in an effort to “Keep Good Music Alive!”

Rahrah Gabor is a rapper & songwriter who’s summed up in a word. Unruly. She’s also an amalgam of all
the things that makes unruly rappers great: critical presence, pointed and layered lyrics, hood savvy, a
unique sense of style and an incorrigible self-possession that bucks at nay-sayers.
Gabor harkens to the golden age of hip-hop channeling Lil Kim and Jadakiss though she
isn't a revivalist. Rahrah’s work explores her youth and her day-to-day life living in America.


After self-releasing two EPs, Rahrah went on to catch the eyes and ears of outlets like
Afropunk, photographer Ryan McGinley whose latest books and exhibitions have featured her and 
artists like Buke and Gase who she’s supported at Mercury Lounge. She also played Slay
TV’s inaugural SlayFest at Brooklyn Academy of Music , the MOCADA and the DICE Festival in Berlin. 

If you ask her, she’ll admit to having first dove into hip-hop to prove a point. But Rahrah would like to become the kind of challenge an 
increasingly challenged industry
