J Frisco are an award-winning trio (Jazz North Introduces) featuring soprano saxophone, electric guitar, keyboards and vocals; they created improvised genre-fluid soundscapes that are drawn from their emotions, political, and gender issues. They aim to engage and inspire their audience through cross art forms, taking their listeners on a journey, often described as the ‘J Frisco Experience’.
Performance highlights include a headline show at Vortex Jazz Club, support act for Courtney Pine at Preston Jazz and Improvisation Festival, support act of Roller Trio and Matthew Bourne and a performance at Sofar Sounds. They have performed all over the UK including Gateshead International Jazz Festival and Lancaster Jazz Festival. This year they are set to play Manchester Jazz Festival, support Dinosaur and release their debut album.
They thrive on challenging both their own and their audiences perceptions, pushing each performance to new levels.

The Northern Contemporary Collective was set up in 2017 by some the finest young professional musicians in Yorkshire.
The collective is a diverse and versatile ensemble which service the contemporary music world for a number of artistic collaborations.

Squee! Collective is an ambient glitch chamber group made up of Rob Jones (saxes, keys), James Alexandropoulos-McEwan (electric guitar) and Annick Odom (double bass, clarinet).

Primarily a Country & Folk singer who occasionally writes her own songs. I love performing at musical events of all kinds, getting the audience involved where possible together with attending events/places/clubs that stretch my own abilities, allowing me to learn. I surround myself with music of several genres and have a great respect of musicians who write their own material but also have an ability to share their talent with others. I love my musical friends and have gained a great deal of knowledge and support from them.

Live music thrills me

My guitars are acoustic, electro-acoustic and electric, 6 and 12 stringed.

Happy and delighted to play at charity gigs, in order to raise money for good causes, at clubs and pubs, private house parties and any event where I feel I am able to make a contribution. I adore my friend's Open Mic nights, his duo and his band (Alibi). Cannot imagine music without them in my life any more.

Biggest audience to date was around 2,000 (at a Charity Country Fayre), though I have also done a Party in the Park where numbers are unknown. Delivered entertainment for a transgender event and other LGBT venues. I have played in a prison for the inmates, raised money for a Children's Unit, Marie Curie, McMillan Nurses, Age UK plus a few others. 

Music and friends associated with it have given me so much. It's nice to give something back now and then :-)

All my songs here are home recordings and my own work. Some are better quality than others so forgive those that sound bad (all of them!  ;)  )
