Hotta - Length & Strength

Jheanel Rowe, aka Hotta, was born and raised in Manchester Jamaica in a small community called Endeavor.  This little singing bird showed off her talent at many church and school events in her community.

At age 15 she migrated to Canada. Not knowing there would be a career in music waiting for her, she started writing songs for fun in her spare time and would show off her new creations to her friends. Most of them were just jokes with a very relatable story line and that's what caught people's attention. 

She later moved to Ottawa where her life was changed completely.  The more struggles she faced the more she wrote and the more she was lead into the music field.  

She shared the stage with international dancehall artist I Octane in Ottawa and at the first annual Ottawa Jerk Fest with Warrior King. She has also performed alongside Masicka & Christopher Martin in May 2017 and at the annual Carivibe event at Petrie island in June 2017. 

What Hotta has to offer is fun music with a poetic reality twist. Her music is versatile,  current, hot and unique. Because of her giddy personally,  it's hard to differentiate which of her songs are real and which are fiction.
