Taking care of both my physical and mental health is essential, and I’m proud of myself for recognizing that I needed support and taking action. It took strength to do that alone, and I’m learning to honor that strength within me- 
Seeking  help was a valuable experience. It reminded me that asking for support is not a weakness — it’s a form of self-respect. In that moment, I prioritized my well-being over fear, shame, or the pressure to stay silent. That matters. This experience reaffirmed my commitment to taking care of myself, one step at a time. I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m not where I used to be — and that progress deserves to be acknowledged. Please follow your heart- if you read this  & its ok not to be ok-
