BBC Radio 1Xtra’s Jamz Supernova signs another act to her Future Bounce label! The second release is a transatlantic one, upon featuring Swsh on her radio show she knew she had to sign her!

Swsh is a singer, writer & producer from Southern California. With just two EP’s under her belt it’s early days! Vibe wise she’s reminiscent of early Pink and a sprinkle of Anderson Paak. Switching between singing in her husky tone to near rapping. Her writing is forthright & covers everything from love and relationships, body and sex positivity, and more. In the past she’s worked with J.KELR, (producer for Kendrick Lamar, Chance the Rapper, and Anderson .Paak.) She’s also featured on Grammy nominated producer Ricky Reed’s compilation. 

“In Luv” is the first in a series of singles Swsh will be releasing on Future Bounce. She says “In luv is kind of like my ode to being a dumb bitch. Whenever I start to like someone I get really freaked out and make it a big deal in my brain and then end it because it was too much effort. So this song is like my thought process mid freak out. Where the dumb bitchery begins.”

“Break The Fall” is an angry piano led ballad that is about navigating  a relationship with someone who’s having trouble figuring it out and might be looking for a crutch. It’s about being there for someone and then taking the necessary distance to be there for yourself too.
