Know for her fiery nature, the hot winds of the desert were likened by the ancient Egyptians to her breath. 

In a modern context, Sekhmet’s energy resonates deeply with those seeking personal empowerment, protection, healing, and transformation. Today, The Goddess Sekhmet is a potent symbol of Divine Feminine internal power, strength, resilience and transformation. 
She can be invoked in meditation and ritual for protection and courage. Her fiery can be called upon to confront and clear fear and embrace positive change.
