I am a singer as well as a business owner.  This SoundCloud site features my own music, including my recently released 'Christmas Favourites' album that I created with the help of guitarist Dan Galano and drummer/engineer/producer T. W. Tobin at Frog Song Studio (see https://soundcloud.com/t-w-tobin/sets/frog-song-studio).

Also included here is music I have produced, including two 'Feed The Soul' projects. A few years back, my business Fresh Cup Roastery Café hosted a weekly series of open stage nights that attracted many talented local artists to perform their original compositions in front of an appreciative audience in an intimate setting. Over the course of these events, many friendships and collaborations between musicians occurred. The high quality of the mainly acoustic style of music heard every evening inspired me to sponsor and produce two consecutive CD recording projects during 2009 and 2010. The complete collection of songs is published here to showcase the amazing talents of these artists. CDs are available at the Fresh Cup Saanichton location, with proceeds supporting the local Sidney Lions Food Bank. WHO IS T. W. TOBIN?  
I'm a musician, songwriter, and producer-engineer-owner of Frog Song Studio based on the west coast of Canada. I've recorded, mixed, and mastered projects for many bands and artists (see samples at https://soundcloud.com/t-w-tobin/sets/frog-song-studio) in a variety of genres as well as my own original material (see https://soundcloud.com/t-w-tobin/albums), the latest of which is a collection called "Dragon's Droppings", my first new material since my album "Bark, Tuna, Bark!".

MOLD COLONY - I was the drummer, co-writer, and producer-engineer for two albums released by this indie alternative band (see https://soundcloud.com/mold-colony/albums). 
HOP 'N' BARLEYS - From the late 1990s through the early 2000s, I was the drummer for this Victoria-based band, producing-engineering our last tracks of original 'Secret Unreleased Material' (see https://soundcloud.com/hopnbarleys/albums).
