La liberté n'est pas ce concept vide de toute contradiction, l'absolu unidimensionnel que les droitards veulent nous faire avaler. La liberté ne peut pas être l'absence de limite, sans quoi il faudrait conclure que le monde vivant dans son ensemble (humanoïde compris) ne peut pas être libre, étant désormais acquis qu'il existe des « limites planétaires ». En art et particulièrement en musique, on voit bien comment l'illimité des moyens ne correspond pas à la libération de la création. Le plus d'instruments, le plus d'outils techniques à un effet double, ouvrant certes des possibilités, mais en refermant brusquement d'autres dans un mouvement de standardisation du son. Pour ne pas se laisser enfermer dans des mystifications technicistes, il faut se rappeler qu'on est seulement libre du choix de nos dépendances, du choix de nos limites.
