02 I KNOW U (feat. EUNSAN)

Heart Pilly는 마음을 채워주다라는 뜻인데 저와 다른 사람들의 마음을 채워주기 전에 저의 마음을 먼저 정리해야겠단 생각을 해서 이 주제를 중심으로 믹스테이프를 만들었습니다. 이번 트랙은 다양한 장르의 곡들로 저의 어두운 부분들을 솔직히 드러내고 부족했던 과거의 모습에서 바뀌어가면서 사람들의 마음을 채울 수 있는 모습을 담으려 한 트랙입니다.

01 Heart Beat
알앤비 장르로 남들과 분리된 외로움을 표현한 곡. Heart Beat와 Violin은 다른 사람들이 즐기는 것들을 상징하는데 나는 그것들을 제대로 즐기지 못하고 그들을 이해하지 못하며 겉돈다. 정오에 일어나는 모습과 타투(상처)를 봐달라는 가사는 내가 뭘 해야 할지 모르면서도 누군가의 애정을 바라고 있음을 드러냄.

02 BBF
하트 필리의 다크팝 파트와 래퍼&보컬 에스퍼의 알앤비 파트가 잘 어울렸던 곡.
BBF는 Best Bad Friend의 약자인데 친했으면서도 지금은 나쁜 사이인 ex친구를 말한다. 가장 친한 친구였던 사람과 손절하고 느낀 감정을 담음.

03 Traitor
트랩비트 위에 랩적인 요소보단 보컬적인 요소를 사용한 트랙이다. 이미 끝난 인연에게 집착하는 ex친구에게 비꼬아서 쓴 곡. 난 내 시간을 나한테 쓰고있고, 그렇게 남을 까내릴 시간에 본인한테 쓰길 바라며 디스곡을 써봄.

04 Something
알앤비 장르로 나에게 힘을 주려고 쓴 곡. 나라는 사람의 가치는 내가 생각했던 것보다 높고, 다른 누군가가 나에게 함부로 과거에 대했든간에 그걸 위로하면서 내가 소중히 대할 가치가 있는 사람이라는 걸 말해준다.

05 Marionette
다크팝 장르이고 이번 믹스테이프의 타이틀곡이다. 마리오네트는 과거의 주체적이지 못했던 내가 주체적으로 운명의 실을 끊는 모습을 상징한다. 누구에게도 끌려다니지 않고, 주인은 누구도 아닌 나라는 점에서 혼자 힘으로 자아를 깨닫고 나아가려는 걸 표현했다.

06 rest and keep on
이번 믹스테이프 트랙 중 가장 밝은 곡이고 시티팝 비트임. 이때까지의 불안한 감정들을 정리하면서 앞으로 난 나아갈 것이고, 나를 위한 시간들도 만들 거라는 다짐을 담았다. 하트필리의 팝적인 느낌과 래퍼 안코의 인디적인 느낌이 합쳐져 곡을 완성했다. 마지막 트랙으로 마음 정리가 어느정도된 모습을 보여주려 했다.

Morning Light over Tomoiku Middle School

The morning light slowly began to illuminate the training hall of Tomoiku Middle School.
Today’s Pair Test was unlike any before.

“Step of Insight” — Introspective Walking Test
An exercise where pairs shared awareness by giving it form.

The pair was Haru and Aoi.
Their personalities and strengths were complete opposites, and they rarely spoke to each other.

At the center of the hall stretched a single white path.
Sensors in the floor reflected each step with a color representing the state of the heart.

Blue for inquiry, orange for courage, red for conflict, white for awareness.

Principal Allen’s voice echoed:

“To learn is to change.
Mistakes are seeds of awareness.
Today, hand your partner the color of your morning.”

Haru was nervous, Aoi uncertain.
But the test began quietly.

Haru’s Step

When Haru walked forward, a faint orange spread beneath his feet.

The color of courage.

The night before, Haru had struggled.
He often felt unable to keep up with others, burdened by heavy shadows in his chest.

But that morning, as the light touched him,
he thought: “Maybe today I can take a step different from yesterday.”
A small change lit within him.

His steps were awkward,
but each one left behind a trace of orange.

Aoi watched silently.
She realized that within that color was a heart just a little stronger than yesterday.

Aoi’s Step

When Aoi walked, sharp blue light stretched forward.

The color of inquiry.

Aoi always pursued the “right answer” too much,
moving ahead of everyone and distancing herself.

Blue was strong and beautiful.
But sometimes, it was also the color of “walking alone.”

Seeing Aoi’s blue path, Haru murmured:

“Hey… shall we walk together?”

At those words, Aoi’s blue softened slightly,
and in its place, a faint shimmer of white appeared.

The color of awareness.

Walking Together

The two began to walk the same path slowly.

Orange and blue overlapped,
and a new color was born on the floor—
a purplish glow like the morning sky.

Haru said:

“I realized even mistakes are seeds for moving forward.”

Aoi nodded softly.

“I was trying too hard to find answers alone.
With someone else, you see things differently.”

With each step, white particles rose,
brightening like gentle morning light.

When they took the final step,
the ground beneath them shone white.

It was a phenomenon that occurred only when inner worlds overlapped and new understanding was born.

Aoi gasped.

“Haru… we really created a morning together.”

Haru smiled shyly.

“Yeah. A step beyond yesterday’s self.”

On their backs, faint transparent wings of light shimmered.
Still small, imperfect, fragile enough to vanish.

But they were—

The certain light born from today’s step taken by themselves.

Mistakes sprout.
Walking together opens unseen landscapes.

Learning can be done alone,
but growth begins when shared with someone else.

Haru and Aoi were still at the place of beginning.
But at their feet, morning light had surely arrived.
