M.RUX - Djoungou (Edit)

This one is for you to not forget this great musician, called Issa Bagayogo. Bagayogo was a Malian musician. He blends his native Malian traditions with western pop music and has drawn comparisons to some of the great Malian musicians such as Ali Farka Touré and Toumani Diabaté.
Bagayogo died after a long illness on 10 October 2016.

This is not an official remix, all the respect goes out to Issa Bagayogo. My track is an interpretation.

Después de cerrar un ciclo con su proyecto Lulacruza, que nos dejó 5 discos alucinantes y la película Esperando el Tsunami del director Vincent Moon, el productor y multi instrumentista Luis Maurette regresa como Uji.

Mientras se prepara para el lanzamiento de Alborada, su primer LP en solitario bajo el sello argentino ZZK, Uji aceptó la invitación de Diego Gómez para participar en su proyecto Cerrero.  

Uji nos entrega una versión de Cuando canto grito en la que nos muestra el hechizo de su música con un remix que estará disponible para los melómanos desde el hoy en Bandcamp y en las demás plataformas a partir del 18 de este mes.

Con esta nueva remezcla, Cerrero sigue uniendo los puntos de la nueva ola latinoamericana a través de colaboraciones que ya suman a Nicola Cruz, Mitú, la cantante Lucía Pulido, la poeta María Paz Guerrero y la ilustradora colombiana Karolina Bebop.

Luis Maurette, argentinian producer and multi-instrumentalist presents his solo project Uji. Alborada his debut album will be released by ZZK records in June.  Cuando canto grito, Cerrero´s latest single, receives Uji´s treatment  for a version that takes us to the haunted world of Maurette's music.
