Ben Laver is a British composer and contemporary classical solo artist, known for his emotionally resonant piano compositions. His work has garnered over 50 million streams and secured more than 100 editorial playlist placements across major platforms. As the founder of Box of Toys Audio, Ben has created music for leading global brands such as Gucci, LEGO, EA Games, and Christian Louboutin, specializing in scoring for television, film, and branding.

Ben’s love for music began at the age of four, watching his father play the piano. He learned by ear, exploring how harmonies, melodies, and rhythms could evoke emotion. These formative experiences shaped his belief that music is a language that communicates beyond words. After graduating from The Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Ben immersed himself in the world of media composition, where his classical training and passion for sound experimentation allowed him to develop a distinctive voice as both a composer and sonic architect.

Ben’s approach to music is driven by a desire to break free from traditional rules, blending classical instrumentation with textures, electronics, and reverbs to create emotionally compelling soundscapes. Eco Records is a non-profit organization/record company that uses music to better our planet one track at a time. We work on a song donation platform that allows musicians to get coverage and expand their profile all while helping out a good cause. You send us your tracks as a donation, and Eco Records releases them out to our audience. We will produce a unique Eco Records cover and upload it to all our music platforms.

We prefer EDM tracks (house, trance, trap, etc) and they will be highlighted the most on this channel. If you make a genre that isn't EDM then please feel free to send it if you are confident in its message and the quality of the track.

Eco Records is a nonprofit which means that any profit made by our music goes towards supporting the label, and to local and national environmental organizations. These organizations range from the Sierra club, to local Audubon associations and many more (any suggestions). Each and every donation made by Eco records will be shared with the public to maintain transparency. We hope is to offer consumers and artists an eco-friendly choice in distributing and buying music either as a share of their tracks profits or through complete donations of tracks. We are just in the beginning stages and cannot afford access itunes and beatport yet, but hopefully this idea can inspire others to join me in making this dream come true. Music is about love and happiness and your melodies should be shared with the world.
