Rêves sonores + Youngbloods mix for Radio Alhara راديو الحارة

We created the soundtrack for Tide magazine’s first issue. 

We worked together on the occasion of this new publication, by following the same guidance as the editorial team: to explore the notions of fulfillment and emptiness, through sonic textures instead of words and images. 

The result is less of a straightforward mix, and more of a varied musical atmosphere, which invites our readers to experience every page in an innovative way.

It’s so warm here, but paradoxically not so many people come to this part of the world, probably because they don’t want to deal with the visions which permeate the subconscious as a dense veil...In my case, everything was the other way around...

The night is starting to fall over this weird tropical paradise: the orange in the sky is violent, the roots are coming out of the dirt, floating and drawing shapes in the breeze, showing where that path starts...
I don’t have so much time left, when it gets dark all the traces will go, and I will be walking blind again towards the unknown places of this soul...The light is blue, weak, and mysterious...With every step inside this cave, it’s harder to breathe...The visions of the past have no mercy on me...

I knew we had to come to this land, to walk and to see reflected on the perfectly polished stones my figure translated into sounds...The light has gone and I can barely see my hands...
The path changed me, we are both blind, feeling us, understanding us, letting the air be generous with us again...We both are embracing this liquid state - the darkness...The weak vegetation touching legs and transforming the path into a circular cave, made of hope...

In this air, voices from forgotten lands are singing out loud, the light became purple and started to revealing that inverted conic shaped fountain,  that I wasn’t sure to find...

The light comes from below, strong and beautiful and all the versions of me that I brought are suspended around me, getting new eyes, tentacles, and shapes, the sounds, the smells, the visions are all new and now I realize that I am not the same anymore, eternity changed me into an incompressible spirit, I am still me but not anymore...
