If our bones were enough for
Time to escape them
I’d raise them up to fight
And drag them up to light
I’d take the shapes that only they
Could know

If our blood was enough for
Time to wake us
I’d huddle off the sheets
And dance you to the beat
We’d never spill enough to have 
To go

Time goes by
I don’t mind
Skin will fly
Into night

Plenty walls could contain us
If we let them
Let’s shuffle off the coil
And sink back to the soil
We’ve been the ghosts that haunted
All along
