"You Are Not Alone" isn’t just a song it’s my story. It’s for anyone who’s felt lost in their own mind, weighed down by anxiety, or stuck in a cycle of doubt and fear. I know that struggle all too well because I’ve lived it. There were times when I felt completely alone, like no one could truly understand what was going on inside my head. I tried to push through on my own, but nothing seemed to fill the emptiness.

But everything changed when I found Jesus. When I finally let go and surrendered my struggles to Him, I realized I was never alone to begin with. In my darkest moments, He was there—guiding me, loving me, and reminding me that I was more than my fears. That’s what this song is about.
