Music piece based around the principles of soundscape composition and glitch. 

What does the soundscape become, once it's transformed to zeroes and ones? This is the first part of a series that reflects on listening and perceiving the soundscape around us through digital recording and playback devices.

This composition features little to no outside world recordings and was made entirely in a studio using a laptop, portable digital recorder and shotgun microphone. 

Heavy digital degradation methods were used to create and process most sounds, such as extreme mp3 compression artifacts, scratch/scrubbing, audio file databending, etc. clicks, zaps and pops.
