In this song it's about a person, or even about oneself, living in everyday life, following rules and requirements, and thereby losing one's own "light." Every now and then, one's own light, in the form of high notes, reappears, but is suppressed again by the requirements, opinions, and rules, and one continues to live as before, as if nothing had happened. Every now and then, the light breaks out. 
The sadness grows ever greater until one escapes and pursues one's "light".
This bar conveys "I have followed the rules, but now it's enough," and one's own light, or inner voice, breaks out. I changed the chords and notes from 1/4 notes to 8th and 16th notes. I deliberately didn't use the outro, whose chords (from bars 90 to 94), as a complete gradation or "I'm coming home," and left the last two chords as an open ending. It can be interpreted as either breaking away from everyday life and letting the light shine, or as everyday life catching up with you again, despite all your efforts. It's up to the listener to decide whether the song has a positive or negative ending.

Es handelt sich so gesehen um eine Person oder auch um sich selbst, dass man im Alltag
lebt, Regeln und Anforderungen befolgt, und sein eigenes „Licht“ dadurch verliert. Hin
und wieder kommt das eigene Licht, in Form der hohen Noten, wieder zum Vorschein,
wird aber wieder durch die Anforderungen, Meinungen und den Regeln wieder
unterdrückt und lebt weiter wie gehabt, als sei nichts gewesen. Ab und an bricht das
Licht aus, wie z.B. in Takt 46 oder 52. Die Trauer wird immer größer, bis man entkommt
und sein „Licht“ verfolgt, siehe bei der Bridge im Takt 71. Dieser Takt vermittelt „Ich
habe die Regeln befolgt, aber jetzt ist genug“ und das eigene Licht oder auch die innere
Stimme bricht aus. 
Das Outro dessen Akkorde (von den Takten 90 bis 94) habe ich bewusst
nicht als vollendete Stufentheorie bzw. „Ich komme nach Hause“ genutzt und die
beiden letzten Akkorde als offenes Ende gelassen. Es kann so interpretiert werden,
dass man aus dem Alltag ausgebrochen ist und das Licht zum Leuchten bringt oder
der Alltag einen wieder einholt, trotz aller Mühen. Dies bleibt dem Zuhörer selbst
überlassen, ob das Lied ein positives oder negatives Ende hat.
