The 19-track '0860 Mixtape' is the full long-playing form of Fracture's 0860 LP.

The 0860 album is a continuous hour long piece split over 2 sides of C-30. It includes multiple additional tracks and skits (on top of the 8 full length tracks on the double vinyl LP and download / streaming) and is stitched together with fuzz, interference and overlapping broadcasts competing for space on the FM dial.  The full tracklist is below.

London-born producer Ed "Tim Reaper" Alloh has spearheaded a renaissance of breakbeats from behind the decks and the desk. A web developer by day until recently, Reaper spent years in the margins of the drum & bass scene. Cultivating a style that bridges old-school ferocity and forward-thinking experimentation, his tracks are immediately recognizable. They are familiar in their foundation of classic chopped Amen breaks and booming basslines, yet futuristic in their sideways lurches and sonic juxtapositions.

Our second release features an original production from label founder, Garrett Jr. With heavyweight Amen breaks, rave-era pads, and techno-inspired stabs, So High fuses speaker shaking sub-bass with soulful vocal cuts recorded in collaboration with Jo Hadler from Wilder Vocals.

With the incredible DJ Sofa on remix duties, the track flips into a deep, thumping Jungle roller - stripped back and driven hard by pounding drums and crisp 808s.

This cross-border link-up connects Garrett’s Bristol roots with Sofa’s new school Jungle style out of Helsinki, Finland.

Drifting

A retrospective journey through the sound of early Techstep & Hardstep spanning from 1995 - 1999.

These 4 years were an important time for me personally and also when myself and my friends started hitting the Drum & Bass and Jungle events around London, Kent and Essex.

Sending this out to all the heads that reached and remember the haven that was Atomics in Maidstone, out to Jim and the Pure Science crew every time.

These are some of my favourite tracks taken from my record collection from this era.
