Test of various amps in the AXE 2 for a crunchy tone to play southern rock/modern country with. No verb, no post-processing of any kind. Just hands -> guitar -> amp -> cab. Will add what amps were used later (to keep any pre-existing bias or affection out of the equation). Cab was 4x12 Basketweave TV mix on all. Guitar was ESP LTD EClipse with a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge and '59 in the neck. First is bridge half-volume, then bridge full volume then neck with volume rolled off for the last part. No other changes whatsoever. Thanks for listening!!

This is a direct file that TGP member Flyin' Angus uploaded in 2008. What I have done is called "Reamping" it through my own rig and recorded the result. It is a short clip, but it's fun. Some delay and reverb from my preset; but this is with zero processing in post. I dig it because it's as if Angus showed up, plugged his guitar into my rig and ripped. And he rips. ;-)
