On December 31, 2022, Jeremiah Green, drummer and co-founder of Modest Mouse, died in Sequim, WA, from cancer.

On January 4th, KEXP DJ Marco Collins was joined on the air by Jeremiah's brother, Adam, for a rememberance of Jeremiah's life and music.
