J. Mic sets out to DEBUT 2016 with his 2015 installment of the Timeless Flow mixtape comprised of 17 mixed originals - including 3 bonus tracks. While this project is just the start of his artistry meddling with sound experimentation, the year-long project molded different sounds and followed J. Mic in his early years of songwriting.  The style of the project is garnered toward neo-soul, but has elements of variant sub-genres of classic Hip-Hop. 

Many thanks to his family for the support during the project, the studio that recorded most of it (The Lodge) and his supportive fans and friends alike who helped make this project possible. 

His motto going into the next project is, "Drive is key. Without drive, there is no deliverance."

As of late:

In 2024, J. Mic released two projects that marked his final entries into his discography. On 4/23/24, the 29th birthday of J. Mic, he released his final mixtape, “4 Tha Homiez.” This 13 song mixtape was a raw and personal insight into the artist’s friends and family dynamic and an ode to the depth of those relationships. 5 months later, on 9/22/24, the final day of summer, he released his final LP, “California Radio.” Both poetic in date and theme, The Kid hangs his hat up and steps down from recording any more music in the future. J. Mic has been DJing in Sacramento and plans to continue creating mixes and expanding his musical horizons in parallel schools.
