I chose to interfere with Robert Rizzi's submission for the 75th Junto not least cause mucking about with bits of other people's vines is something i'm rather keen on. There's not a lot to discuss about the process since this project was quite restricted; i just auditioned a bunch of sections, chose ones that appealed as loops; my only non-suggested intervention was adding a little panning to each of the loops to make it a little more spacious, a little more coherent.

A wandering poet and ascetic Zen priest, Santōka was a disciple of Ogiwara Seisensui, one of the first poets to discard the traditional use of the 5-7-5 structure in haiku.

Santōka’s poetry emphasizes the necessity of sabi (solitude) in order to achieve spiritual enlightenment and serenity.

My submission for the October 2022 Sim Selection monthly challenge of Benn Jordan's discord community.

Theme is 'Ancient Gods' with keywords: far, low.

Optional Challenge: Describe a being with sound/music whom would otherwise be indescribable by words.

NOTES: This challenge proved difficult. I created six tracks, but none of them captured what I had in mind. In the end, went with an uptempo track that works well over one of my favorite movie scenes: The chase scene in 'Jason and the Argonauts' when Talos comes to life.
