Aaron Christopher Dixon aka YpMr.BMD was born on October 22,1994 in Los Angeles,California Yp was adopted and raised by his late aunt ..Donnalyn Renee Dixon who pasted away from cancer in 2011 just a couple months after his 16 birthday and just a year after finally beating CPS for the last time plus over coming her long battle with her drug addiction..Mr.BMD started writing music at a young age it was the only way to Express the way he felt on being separated from his older siblings.. dealing with the streets , bearly knowing his mom do to drinking , his aunty was doing drugs and in and out of drug programs, he couldn't stay in a stable home for more than a year after the age of 7..by the 4th grade he was living in the church owned by his aunts bestfriend Lafayette..Yp said them days he would smile to keep from being mad,sad,confused or depressed about why his life was the way it was he would stay distant to others cause he never knew when he was moving..in 2012 Yp joined BoutMoneyDaily entertainment being guided and mentored by his older cousin yphame and is DJ dj booyah he worked on his crafted everyday by the time he was in his teenage years making music became a passion ...often on the weekend when he was in Ladera Heights were he would visit Lafayette who helped his aunt raise him as his own
Yp would often use the time at Mr.williams house to write music and get away from the south central streets he would lay there and think about what happened that week from dope heads, prostitutes ,dope dealers ,pimps ,gang bangers, homeless people, racist people, getting shot at, getting jumped, peers and family members dieing and struggling just something every week he was going through...in 2014 he signed with a independent label under universal records named Gomfu ent where he dropped his first studio mixtape titled Y.N.O.A.M (Young Nigga On a Mission) just telling about his ever day life thoughts and fantasies..in 2016 he started his own Company titled MusicMoneyFamily entertainment(MMFent) after watching other talented people not just music artist but models, designers, dancers, choreographers ,graphic designers, producers ,film makers and more talented individuals who just couldn't get the promotion and attention they need to push and thrive for there dreams he often says "a dream should never die"..From 2016-2019 Mr.BMD has dropped a variety of music on sound cloud datpiff and reverbnation..and just dropped a new single titled "Singing off key" a single from his ep titled "12a.m" he has been teasing about it for almost a year this is the second single he dropped from the project the single dropped under his label MMF in late April of this year he has yet to give any dates on when the ep is due to drop but he said its definitely coming..
