Sometimes, the conditions are such that we simply can’t muster enough inside to switch gears and be still and quiet with ourselves. In these moments, sometimes the best we can do is be aware that it’s happening. Not resist it, but compassionately surrender to the current that’s pulling us away. This talk was given live on Zoom.
