Yearning is the lead single from Reveries, the new collaborative EP from Danish producer Marchel Mørk (Infralyd) and Colorado-based Marshall Usinger (Be Still the Earth). Primarily inspired by the concept of daydreams, while also influenced by the desire to create heartfelt music while physically being located oceans apart, the four tracks on Reveries are truly atmospheric, cinematic experiences with deep ambient and neo-classical flourishes.

Escaping Dawn

As the nights draw in it is easy to think that the colour is draining away.  However, change is ever constant, and in reality the colours are temporarily becoming veiled in darkness.  This cycle is also played out over a year.  I often wonder if there are greater natural cycles that provide an even more accurate fix of our position.  What do you think?
