There has not been a file that has touched me emotionally as much as this has.  I really appreciate what you have done there. you have completely describe how i feel inside and even though i know i am capable of more, its tough to get there past all the judgements that are made.  Thank you soo much and i can see myself listenkng to this again.

There is so much sensitivity and understanding here, it's wonderful. I feel like some of this I've known intellectually for a long time, but I still feel like I've been internalizing some of these negative messages from family, society and the culture anyway. This is a great way to steer towards a better way of thinking about sex, self and identity.
