All this time gone by

A rock demo I wrote in 2022. It started out as an instrumental tune on my acoustic guitar. I played it through a few times with a drummer friend and decided to add some lyrics. I had the beginnings of a song in my notebook, so I used those lyrics and developed them further over a number of versions. This is the latest version recorded in studio one. I am playing guitar and bass and singing the vocals. The drums are digital.

Hey Billionaire v1

I wrote and performed this song with my old band The Blues Distillery. This is a new version I created using AI tools. It has a big band jazz feel we could never achieve with The Blues Distillery line up which was essentially a blues rock guitar band. The closest we got was an acoustic version of the song we played with acoustic guitars and double bass. I based this new version on that performance.
